During the brand’s annual awards ceremony, Shelley Kemp was honoured with a 2017 General Manager of the Year Award from Radisson Hotel Group for her dedication and extraordinary leadership at Radisson Hotel & Suites Fallsview. The awards celebration was held at Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, Fla. during Radisson Hotel Group’s annual Americas Business Conference. During the ceremony, 15 awards were handed out honouring excellence in employees, general managers and hotels. More than 1,400 team members attended the conference.
